*To ensure your stay, an extra bed may be required for triple occupancy in the suite.
*To ensure your stay, the quadruple occupancy of the suite is limited to 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old, and an extra bed may be required.

Pristine Mara Bav Lodge additionalroom supplement:
US$ 100 per room wilaplyon Easter Holiday and December 24th, 25th,26th, 31st & January 1st 2026 plus 2 nights minimum stay over Easter and christmas New YearFamily room supplement of US$ 200 per suite applies.
All reservations must be prepaid in full at least 30 days during standard season and 60 days in peak seasonprior to the guest's arrival.
Terms and Conditions:
Upon confimation of a booking 30% depostmust be paid to securethe bokine within 7 days, At least 60 days prior to arrival the remaining payment must be cleared. in the event that full payment is not received within the specifed time, Pristine Mara Bay Lodge may at its discretion terminate this agreement forthwith and thereafter shalhave no obligation to provide service(s) to the clients.
Block bookings confirmed and a depost of 30% not paid wthin 14days wil automatically be released.The final pavment should be ceared atleast 60 days prior to cients' arrival at camp. Management reserves the right to accept block bookings.
Group policy: For every 15 full paying clients, the 16th person sharing in a twin room wil stay on complimentary basis. Please note however, that the Maasai Mara Natonal Reseve Park fees is payable per night.
Not more that four (4) single rooms can be held per block booking or group booking. Five (5) singles and above will be charged at double room rate.
Tour leaders or guides will be charged USD 200 and they will be accommodated in guide accommodation however subject to availability guest standard suite may be provided at the discretion of Pristine Mara if such space is available.
Driver and Vehicle: Driver's Accommodation Kes. 3,000.
Check-in: 12:00 PM and Check-out: 10:00AM
Cancellation And No Show: will only be accepted when made in writing and acknowledged from our Reservations office.
Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers (hereinafter collectively called a CANCELLATION) are subject to Cancellation and No-show fees as follows:
45 days or more: loss of deposit
45 – 31 days: 50% cancellation charges
30 days or less: 100% cancellation charges.
Group cancellation policy (4+suites): 90+days: Loss of deposit, 90 – 31days: 50% cancellation charges, 30 days or less: 100% cancellation charges.
Children:
Children 12 years and above are considered adults. Children between 3 and 11 years will pay 75% if staying in their own room and 50% if sharing with an adult.
Children under the age of 3 years sharing a room with an adult will be accommodated on complimentary basis (maximum 2).
All vouchers issued and bookings made by you shall be subject to the terms and conditions contained in this document (or amendments that we may communicate to you in writing) unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance by BOTH parties.
We regret that we cannot accept personal cheques unless cleared through our accounts system before arrival of the clients.
We are pleased to accept the following cards at the camp: Visa, Master and American Express.
Provisional Bookings: During the standard season, bookings will be held for 30 days prior to confirmation and 15 days during the peak season.
